Our inaugural MountainSea voyage was one to remember! We took an adventurous group from Colorado and Utah to one of the hottest destinations in the world to access the Adriatic and the Croatian coast. This group loves adrenaline so we sought cliffs to climb and cliffs to huck off, submarine bunkers, snorkeling, standup paddle boarding and halyard swings. Adventure combined with night life, historical town visits and gourmet local cuisine, onboard and ashore, filled the week. One particular highlight that stands out is when one of our guests, an avid climber who brought her gear, scaled a 60′ cliff on Hvar and over the blue of the Adriatic while the yacht motored near to document the accomplishment. We at MountainSea are looking forward to heading back to Croatia for a climbing specific sailing event. We will seek out the best cliff sides for deep water soloing and belayed climbs. The infrastructure is there all over the islands with established and bolted routes. Contact us for more information.
