Day 1 – Trogir

We’ll meet at the Marina Baotić in Trogir at 5:00pm. Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a highlight of Croatia. Its preserved old town, known for its mix of Renaissance, baroque and Romanesque buildings, lies on a small island connected to the mainland and the island of Čiovo by bridges. The 13th-century Cathedral of St. Lawrence houses the Renaissance Chapel of St. John and offers sweeping views from its bell tower. After a welcome champagne toast, we’ll show you your cabin and let you get settled in.the narrow streets. Tonight we will go out to eat at one of the many classical Croatian restaurants.

Day 2 – Komiža

Today is a full day of sailing heading SW from Trogir to Komiža, a city on the west side of the island, Vis. Pull the lines, take the helm, learn to sail, or simply relax and enjoy the ride. On our way to Komiža we’ll stop at the Blue Lagoon to swim and be in awe of the crystal-clear water of the Adriatic. Once in Komiža, take a stroll along the waterfront and explore this cute mediterranean village. Tonight, after a gourmet chef prepared dinner on board, grab a legendary gelato on the riva or go out for a night on the town.

Day 3 – Blue Cave and Vis

Start the day special with a visit to the Blue Cave on the island of Biševo. Take a small boat into the cave to take pictures of this amazing natural phenomenon. The afternoon will be spent sailing to Vis, which was for many years the military and naval headquarters of Tito’s army and was closed to the public until 1989. We’ll stop at a submarine bunker used by the Yugoslavian army, and explore the tunnel system cut through the island. Later, we’ll moor up at the wall in Vis to access the excellent restaurants, fortress, monastery and wineries. Tonight, we eat at Darko’s, a legendary restaurant where there are only a handful tables and the food is cooked and prepared all day for the guests. A true taste of the Croatian culinary culture!

Day 4 – Sčedro

From Vis, we will sail to the island of Šcedro, a protected nature park with many hidden coves and excellent anchorages. We will stop for a swim or two along the way to enjoy the natural beauty Croatia offers. Feel free to take the helm and continue practicing you sailing skills. Once we moor in the bay, grab the SUP for a paddle, take a snorkel or lay out on the deck. For dinner, we’ll have a gourmet dinner on board.

Day 5 – Hvar

Sail from Šcedro to Hvar. On the way, we’ll visit the island of Paklinski Otoci. Get your snorkel gear on to look for various colorful fish. After lunch and a hike if you fancy it, we’ll head to Hvar. Our aim is an early afternoon arrival at Hvar in order to walk up to the castle, visit the town and see the sunset from the Hula Hula Beach Bar.

Day 6 – Šolta

We’ll have a lazy morning, perhaps with fresh chocolate croissants and smoothies before heading to the “third bay from the right”, a beautiful bay on the south end of Šolta for a swim. This afternoon we’ll sail to the west end of the island to a large natural bay. Here we’ll med-moor, a traditional mooring technique used in this region of the world. With water depths around 60ft right up until the rocks, when you’re there it’ll seem you can reach out and touch the shore. Here we’ll kayak and snorkel before dinner, then enjoy a night under the stars devoid of all light pollution.

Day 7 – Trogir

The morning of our last full day we will swim and kayak and take it all in. After lunch, a final sail back to the marina will give you another chance to get involved in the sailing, or take pictures, read, and relax. Once arriving at the marina you will have the afternoon to explore what you missed of Trogir on the first evening. Climb the bell tower for a breathtaking view of the surrounding city and sea. Have a cocktail on the riva, or simply wind through the narrow streets. Tonight we will go out to a different local restaurant in Trogir to share stories and memories that we will never forget.
